We were told to join that line (que) or we cannot enter.
NO one informed us of this, & we have been standing in a line (que) already. I explained to the security that a booking was made, & it is my daughter's 21st birthday. We were then informed that we must join the other line (que) & get a wrist band from the ladies (employees of Billy G ). When we entered, we were asked for a wrist band, which we did not have. When the door opened, we started to walk towards the entrance. We noticed a line (people standing) at the entrance, & we joined that line(que). The doors were closed, but there were 2 lines (que) outside Billy G. We get to Monte Cassino early & just before 5pm we get to Billy G. My experience with Billy G, was not so pleasant, we made a 5pm reservation for 4, as it was my daughter's 21st. Disappointing service structure and customer service.
